Printing Machine:

The SCREEN TRAIN high-speed automatic UV curing and screen printing
system has been designed for printing on plastic bottles in one to five
colors with speed higher than 5000 pieces per hour. Its versatile design
enable configurations to be tailored to virtually any container need, for
example, round, flat or oval bottles.

The SCREEN TRAIN basic units employ independent drive motors thus
enable linear connection up to five units with synchronized speed.
Standard features included auto-orientation loading robot arm, back
and front color verification turnover station, flaming station, register
device, "No-Bottle-No Print" sensor, automatic squeegee lift and
UV curing system. The SCREEN TRAIN is also available with the
optional unscrambling system, automatic feeder and unloading
inspection conveyor to create a high capacity and extremely
flexible multi-color production line.
